    Gymboss Interval Timer Review
The Gymboss is a new workout timer that can assist you time the various physical exercise sets you do throughout your workouts. It can be carried in your pocket or clipped to a pants pocket or waistline. It is so lightweight that I didn't even notice it was there. It certainly doesn't hinder you in any way for the duration of your workout.
This timer has a number of benefits and capabilities: it can act as a simple quit watch, just timing your exercises. Having said that, this isn't the major attraction of this product, and I surely never utilized it as just a quit watch.
The main benefit of the Gymboss is how it assists you time intervals and rest times during your workouts.
You can program 1 or 2 intervals which the Gymboss times and alternates in between. For instance, say you want to do lunges for 60 seconds on every set and to rest for 30 seconds in between. You set the initial interval to 60 seconds and the other interval to 30. The timer will alternate among 1 interval and the other for as quite a few times as you wish (I believe the limit is 99 times in total). You can set the number of times this cycle will occur.
This is something that helps me in a few ways and I think it can help you to:
    1. I don't want to appear at a clock in the gym or at residence to time my sets or my rest time. I don't want to have to follow the time. I want some thing to do it for me, which the Gymboss does. I find that I actually workout tougher when I don't require to look at a clock myself.
two. In the fitness center, I typically lose track of my rest time in between sets and it ends up becoming longer than it need to be. Resting too lengthy between sets can be detrimental to your workout and make it less effective. Not the sort of thing you want to take place if you're trying to accomplish maximum fat loss. With the Gymboss timing the rest interval for me, I just don't make this mistake anymore and my entire workout time is lower.
    3. I can just concentrate far more on my workout now that I don't require to time anything.
    The Gymboss Alert
You may perhaps be wondering how you known when 1 interval ends and the other begins. The Gymboss alerts you to it. You can pick which type of alert the timer will give: vibration, high beep, low beep, or a vibration with beeping. You can also select how long the beep will be: 1, five, or 10 seconds lengthy.
You will need to be aware that the beeps can be loud so if you're working out in the fitness center, do not set the alert for much more than 1 second. At home you can select what you like. I believe that the low beep is sufficient to keep you alert. If you're working out with music than the vibration alert is what you must use.
    Common particulars
You can use the Gymboss for strength training workouts, flexibility, cardio workouts, anything you want. It can be really powerful for interval training workouts as you can simply keep track of the actual intervals.
You can get this product on the internet at Gymboss.com in many colors. Priced at $19.95, the Gymboss is inexpensive and can aid you boost your workout encounter. It can't do the workouts for you, of course, so it will only be helpful if you are basically committed to working out often. Having said that, if you are, then this can be a useful and worthwhile tool. I am employing it myself frequently.
